33 years of being Friends

A Message from the Friends

Sometimes we forget how important libraries are to our communities.
Whether you’re looking for that must-read book, printing a document, borrowing a museum pass, or taking a child to story time,
you’re always welcome at the library.

The Friends of the Amesbury Public Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, formed in 1991, which raises funds for our Library through membership, fundraisers, and our used bookshop, The Stacks.
Your membership helps fund important programs and makes a big
difference in the lives of everyone in our community.
